A fast-pace agile-iterative, risk-confronting approach is used to proactively address risks and roadblocks. We expose risks early through frequent periodic incremental deliveries allowing quasi-continuous integration with in our customer environments.

 Offshoring Model: Hybrid Local-Offshore Model:

For maximum cost effectiveness, development is performed by ZINC personnel geographically distributed between our customer’s location with Local ZINC single point of contacts (SPOCs) interfacing offshore development centers.

The right person in the right seat: it is a question of optimizing and making the best usage and leverage of people’s business knowledge and technical skills.  We strongly believe there is a high ROI in taking this approach while looking at the joint team resources.

ZINC does not deliver in black box mode.  We give our customers full visibility in our development environment including key artifacts, source control system, our project management system, change request system.  

Knowledge transfer: We favor the integration and involvement of customer personal through the entire project in key development activities, to ensure full ownership of the product knowhow and artifacts by the end of the project.
